Reselling / Distributorship Terms

Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Vaahan Saathi network.

Vaahan Saathi is a modern vehicle-assistance and identification solution designed to simplify vehicle owner connectivity, enhance safety, and promote responsible parking practices. Our innovative products, including Vaahan Saathi Smart Tags, enable quick communication between individuals and vehicle owners without revealing personal contact details. Minimum Order and Area Exclusivity

The minimum order quantity for Vaahan Saathi Smart Tags is 500 units.
Prices for this quantity will be communicated by your assigned business manager.
To qualify for exclusive distributorship rights in your region, you must maintain a minimum stock of 1000 packs at all times.

Sales and Product Integrity

To ensure consistent brand reputation and customer trust, every distributor and reseller must adhere to the following terms:

Tags must not be sold loose or without their official envelopes/packaging.
The selling price must adhere to the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and should not fall below 90% of MRP.
Distributors are expected to maintain professional and polite communication with all customers and avoid making false or misleading promises.

Marketing and Area Benefits

Authorized distributors will be listed on the Vaahan Saathi App and Website, receiving leads and bulk orders from their allocated area.
The partnership agreement is valid for one year, renewable upon placing a fresh order of 1000 units or more.
Marketing materials (pamphlets, banners, brochures, digital creatives, etc.) will be provided free of charge, with total marketing support capped at 25% of your purchase order value.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds of up to 75% of unsold items are possible upon company approval.
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of product delivery, and refunds will be processed within 10 days of returned items being received.
Refunds will be issued in the form of purchase credits redeemable against other Vaahan Saathi products.
No refunds or returns will be accepted for customized or personalized items.

Shipment and Delivery

All shipments will be managed exclusively through authorized courier services.
Self-pickup or drop options are not permitted, ensuring proper shipment documentation and traceability.
Delivery timelines will be communicated after order confirmation.

Field Executive and Support Policy

Distributors may appoint one field executive for on-ground sales and marketing.
Vaahan Saathi will support 50% of their salary (up to ₹5,000 per month) during the 2nd and 3rd month of hiring.
A minimum of 100 units must be sold per month to remain eligible for support.
Prior notice of 7 days must be provided before reimbursement requests.

Pricing and Packaging

Requests for changes in MRP or special packaging will not be entertained.
All products must retain original packaging and Vaahan Saathi branding.

Renewal, Termination & Compliance

The agreement period is valid for 12 months, after which it may be renewed through mutual consent.
Failure to maintain sales activity, area coverage, or compliance with the above terms may result in termination of distributorship.
The company reserves the right to appoint a new distributor in case of non-performance, inactivity, or expiry of the agreement.
